Outputs: Undertake safety and workstation inspections Adhere to the OSH Act Prepare quotations for work to be done Find and diagnose faults Perform repairs as required Modify work as and when required Housekeeping Manage tools and spares Supervise assistants. Minimum requirements: A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent A Trade Test Experience in similar positions A valid driver s licence. Added advantage: A National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Knowledge skills and attributes: Bus knowledge Computer literacy (Word and Excel) The ability to read and report on job cards Knowledge of diagnostics software Sound report-writing skills Communication skills Interpersonal skills Technical acumen The ability to work under pressure Customer-orientated Independent work Punctual Safety conscious Reliable ( Ref.
