Daily Operations Management: Responsible for monitoring set up and layout and space management and ensuring that SOP procedures are followed Constantly coordinate and monitor all operations resources and activities in relation to company objective and set targets Manage and protect all company assets relating to the operations eg. Building etc Provide all relevant reports to the General Manager Responsible and accountable for stock control and overseeing processing of orders utilizing the IT system Responsible for all stocktaking activities Ensure effective and efficient customer service provided Manage the logistical aspect of the operation by monitoring all activities and scheduling and arrangements relating to routes deliveries and collections Report on daily material activities of the operations to the general manager which contains checks and verifications on shortages overages and problems with inventory control Provide monthly reports of all activities in a calendar month Look for opportunities to improve and develop upon current warehouse operations Responsible for taking control of crisis situations 2. Budget: Implement cost reduction principles in all aspects of operations transactions and activities Assist Branch Manager in the planning of the operations budget in order to meet projected targets Audit daily labour and billing reports 3. Supervision of Staff: Responsible for taking corrective action when necessary in accordance with Company policy and procedures Responsible for conducting Performance appraisal with subordinates on an annual basis Responsible for the training and development of staff Responsible for allocating work to staff and assigning tasks motivating team work for productivity Responsible for holding operational meetings as and when required Oversee and control daily absence and overtime of operations personnel 4. Position : Hospital Rep Location : West Rand Package : R25 000 CTC plus commission Qualifications: Matric BS Degree in BioMedical Sciences and drivers licence & own transport.
