Purpose: Our client has the need for an internal projects and process fundi. We seek the experience of someone who is familiar with a manufacturing environment and is detail driven. The ideal person will be the hub of the organisation from which all information flows to and from. The main areas of responsibility are: Planning and co-ordination of all new installation projects service and maintenance planning both local and international Monitoring and improving upon internal processes as set out by the Op s manager. Full project planning from the point of post manufacturing and after sales service including coordination of: Finance and Logistics Procurement Travel Agencies Customers Integration/Process Partners (on customer side) Service & Maintenance Interdepartmental process monitoring and implementation as per Op s Manager: Assist in implementation of internal systems and controls Requirements Grade 12 Project Management qualification MS Projects experience essential 2-3 years in a similar role Excellent organisational skills Previous dealings with international customers and travel highly advantageous Attention to detail Must be able to work under extreme pressure and deadlines We are looking for an extremely proactive individual with a knack for solving problems Exposure to principals of ISO9001 or similar quality processes Send CVs to recruitment africoreconsulting.co.za
