Scope of Role: To provide a range of essential administrative and secretarial support to the London teams. A highly integral role for the business the Team Support will also be involved in ad-hoc projects and initiatives whilst maintaining the balance between these and day to day responsibilities. Responsibilities Typing and formatting CV s of newly registered candidates and updating CV s of existing and working candidates Maintaining and updating candidate and client database Various data and research projects Producing thirds letters for distribution to unsuccessful candidates Participating in and initiating ad-hoc team projects when required Ad hoc secretarial & admin duties Actively seek learning opportunities and take responsibility for personal development Actively promote and continue to build the reputation of the Robert Walters brand in the recruitment market place.
