Receiving all the daily work sheets after that days production & capturing the manufacturing of these completed goods. Processing of Customers invoices for the General Customers. Downloading the GRN s from the WW s portal system & processing their invoices. Recording & managing hours on employees daily & preparing the fort nightly report for me to capture the wages. Assisting with BEE documents annually. Processing inventory & general journals on all damaged stock through the Pastel system when applicable & to justify these damages.
