Successful implementation of CRM requires broad business transformation: it s not just about the implementation of technology. As the TAM you will help customers achieve their desired business outcomes by advising them on areas as diverse as CRM strategy programme governance technical architecture project planning and change management. The TAM is responsible for overseeing and coordination of services delivered under contract to customers in the Advanced Customer Services organization. The TAM is the focal point for customer issues that arise under the scope of the contracted services. The TAM works with on-site Advanced Service Engineers Application Expert Engineers customers technical and management personnel as well as with providers of services such as Solution Support teams to facilitate issue resolution and high-quality service delivery. Knowledge and expertise on other products (Database middleware java) is preferable. As the TAM you maybe asked to support other products/product lines within your organisation. Who we re looking for The incumbent must have: Proven success in the implementation of packaged applications gained at program or project management level. Experience in particular industries or core business processes (e.g. CRM Supply-Chain etc). Ability to analyze customers business requirements and translate them to product functionality. Good understanding of finance for support activity that includes the revenue recognition rules. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience of developing and maintaining relationships with senior business and IS executives. Strong technical skills/experience. A thorough understanding of technical architecture including RDBMS principles client-server thin client and internet technologies is essential.
