Cloud - Partner Account Manager

Your ability to be accountable for achieving an individual Channel target and consistently track and measure progress pre-empting and mitigating obstacles will be what sets you above the rest. The role requires someone who has a solid track record in strategically development and growing existing partners and accurately tier and align them to the companies Channel strategy. A crucial part of your role will be to craft a business and marketing plan and be custodian of the relationship to partners. Other Key Performance Indicators will include Partner acquisition in order to grow your Portfolio of Channel Partners. The company promotes a high fast-paced energetic environment where passion and cutting edge technology and innovation meet. A disciplined hard worker is essential for this role. The sales opportunity offers incentives with a highly lucrative uncapped commission structure quarterly and yearly sales incentives and share options. Minimum Requirements: Solid experience in working strategically within a high performing Software Solution Vendor or Channel Partner Solid experience taking an IT software solution to market Expert in applying product knowledge and commercial acumen to all business units within the reseller to present a compelling partnership proposition. Very well networked and experienced at leveraging existing networks to gain introductions Past experience in tracking opportunities created through to closure with field sales team Have 2-5 years IT (software vendor/distributor) Channel experience; Have at least 2-5 years IT solution Selling experience; Have proven track record of achieving targets; Have strong networking customer relationship and communication skills; Have experience in recruiting and enabling new partners to achieve revenue targets Have a clear interest in cloud based email management solutions Content /document management security archiving email solutions exp would be advantageous Essential Competencies Skills & Experience: Seasoned networker and communicator comfortable interfacing with a range of IT Professionals Sales Executives and Senior Executives. Self-starter with superb customer relationship and value proposition presentation skills. Out of the box entrepreneurial think who can execute in a structured and detailed manner Be comfortable in initiating discussions within new unfamiliar or competitive relationships; Able to excel in a dynamic fast paced and changing environment Energetic; Passionate about Technology; Able to work collaboratively within a team environment whilst driving specific objectives individually; Driven for success; Adaptable and flexible; Neat and presentable; Structured.
