Listing and buying of New Products launched Coverage of allocated customer base Achieving market related space in Retail Pharmacy Call rate 2 Outside Working Hours Every second Saturday : doing promotions in various corporate pharmacies from 9 to 3 3 Key Accounts: Stock levels Manage Formularies Monthly Business Reviews with Jealene and Key Account customers Quarterly Business Reviews with Jealene and Key Account customers Managing Credits and Rotation of stock at all times Training of Pharmacist Pharmacist Assistants & Front shop assistants 4 Sales and Marketing Strategy Managing General Marketing Strategies and tactics of Key Accounts Ensure that all formal sales & marketing strategies are implemented at key accounts Territory Knowledge To ensure the appropriate implementation of product managers marketing strategy with regards to new products and focus products. 5 Admin: Responsible for completion of; Planners Every Monday reporting to Jealene via Excel report Actual vs. targets by product and by store Reports Daily activity reports as per tablet Action Plans Presentations to management on key account activity Attendance of Meetings Everyday Objective Planning reports and proper execution planning for products sell out out of stores Proper Time Management Training Schedule To ensure proper planning and execution. 6 Product Knowledge: Updated product knowledge of all Company products Knowledge of all Competitor products Market knowledge All above must be submitted every Monday with all other planners and reports Role Complexity Manage key accounts for the Company. Minimum Requirements EDUCATION Science or Medical Degree Diploma or course in Key Accounts will be an advantage EXPERIENCE . 3-5 years in a pharmaceutical environment. 3 years sales experience with a proven sales track record SKILLS/PHYSICAL COMPETENCIES Highly computer literate Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel Word Powerpoint and Outlook Understanding of profit losses growth margins mark-ups (mathematical business understanding) BEHAVIOURAL QUALITIES Good interpersonal skills Analytical skills Ability to deal with negative feedback and rejections Leadership skills Able to motivate others Assertive when required Patient and Understanding Deadline driven Ability to work under pressure Planning and Organising skills Time management skills Attention to detail Self Disciplined Self-Motivated Accountability at all times Understanding of measuring own performance against competitor performance DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: A Sales and Marketing diploma A Sales and Marketing background A Product Management background Sales effectiveness course

1. To ensure that the Company complies with the Quality principles as set out by legislation of the Medicines Control Council (MCC) and the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC). 2. To ensure products released by Company onto the market meet all quality specifications. Key Performance Areas (Core essential responsibilities outputs of the position) 1 Responsible for compliance with legislation in terms of: GMP/GWP/GDP compliance Accurate record keeping Self inspections SOP compliance and review Manufacturer/packer/lab audits Temperature monitoring Contracts with third parties Distribution of agreements Investigation of technical complaints and trend analysis Annual product reviews(SOP and plan) Ensuring validity of customers and SOP update Disposal of expired or rejected stock and retention of the stock destruction certificates. In order to meet MCC requirements. 2 Manages the Quality Standards with regard to: Product sampling for re-testing Batch documentation auditing record and control Finished product release Ensure quality of products out in the market Storage and control of retention samples Submission of status reports Artwork/packaging approvals To review and approve the validation reports Development control and approval of new product bar codes To review and approve master documentation Stability test results In order to comply with MCC and PIC guidelines. 3 Responsible for system implementation: Implementation and monitoring temperature on incoming shipments Documentation management and control Validation of stock control system to control authorised product release and automatic quarantine and release of stock Mock recall Quality Manual Risk Management To ensure efficiency of processes. 4 Responsible for budget control by ensuring adequate financial management in the department and to conduct market research budget control especially in terms of final product re-analysis in order to meet budgetary requirements. Role Complexity Training of warehouse staff Providing ad hoc support to other departments when required. Minimum Requirements EDUCATION B Pharm Degree EXPERIENCE . 3 years in the Quality Assurance/ Production and Manufacturing environment. SKILLS/PHYSICAL COMPETENCIES Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel Word Power point and Outlook).
