Stock Control - Control analysis and reconciliation of Natcos and Natref stock based on current shareholding Monitor and report Natcos ship outturn and in tank gains and losses Perform all necessary Template Light system transactions related to Natcos and Natref stock movements Compare system stock with landed cost and Iris report to ensure that differences are investigated. Analysis and reporting of manufacturing crude accommodation therby minimising potential accommodation losses Interact with the crude trading divisions Natcos and Natref staff in order to resolve stock control related matters 2. Crude Purchasing - Provide monthly analysis of crude purchases by focusing on price and quality aspects as set in budget Assist with analysis of monthly hedging result. 3. Operational Expenditure - Analyse and report manufacturing operating expenditure in relation to the set targets Responsible for supplier payments related to manufacturing fixed cost. Analysis of expenditure pertaining to Natref and Natcos cash calls 4. Capital Expenditure and Loan account - Assist with the review of Natcos Capital expenditure and Natref loan account 5. Budget - Assist with the annual budget and Long Term Plan by ensuring all information is supplied to Manufacturing line Management. 6. Administration - Prepare statistical information as needed by business Responsible for the source and supply information for the manufacturing Intranet web page. Monitor and update master data changes for manufacturing new and existing customers.
