They pride themselves in providing high quality explosives products with an excellent support service to all their clients Must have s: A mining related qualification At least 5 years experience in blasting and operational mining Previous people management experience required Good understanding of mechanical equipment and maintenance Knowledge of Explosives Act and OHS Act Knowledge of Mine Health and Safety Act Valid Drivers License Duties: Manage surface blasting service delivery Cost control and stock management SHEQ Management Product support and application Equipment maintenance and control Liaison with mine managemennt Staff management Client relations management Competencies: Strong business acumen Strong problem solving and decision making skills Proven leadership skills Effective communication (verbal and written) coupled with good interpersonal skills Good organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently Effective conflict and stress/pressure management skills Strong customer service orientation Mechanical insight and ability Self motivated with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines Computer literacy
