Matric with BSc Agriculture/ Food Science/Technology ? 3 - 5 years operational experience - preferably in a fruit environment. ? Experience in pre-packing or pack-house experience in sub-tropical fruit will be advantageous ? Sound knowledge of Production management Logistics management Internal Process management Internal Financial Management and Customer management ? Excellent People management skills ? Sound Financial skills ? Good communications skills ? Reliable and honest ?
