The ideal candidate will be accountable for managing and implementing the Crop Protection strategy for vegetables and potatoes. The key responsibilities are: Develop and implement the crop strategy to ensure optimal market share and profitability which will include new market opportunities Act as Competence Centre for vegetables and potatoes Liaison with global product management to align with global crop strategies Maintain key influencer relationships Management of key brands Develop and coordinate training programmes Monitor competitor activities and implement counter strategies Adopt stewardship guidelines for crop related portfolio Qualifications: Agricultural qualification (ideally with BSc. Agric. or similar) Experience: At least 3 years marketing experience within the agricultural environment. Sound knowledge and experience in the marketing of crop protection solutions.
