Takes ownership on The Civil Turnover Packages (CTO) definition in the delegated Work Scope (Work Units). Checking of compliance of construction with scope and quality requirements Managerial (Budget / Administration / People) Gives support to Establishing the Execution Progress Reporting. Execution meetings (Kick-off weekly monthly internal and external). Specific Functional/Technical authority (besides DoA): Participation in Civil Construction with Ownership related to Quality and Time Contribution take Ownership and Support related projects to comply with cost time and quality targets. Responsibilities and Accountabilities The Alstom Operator is responsible for save operation of equipment within his/her scope of work defined by the COMM & COM LE.
