Purpose of the role is to support countries within the West & Central Africa with Integrated Facilities Management services primarily to the Oil & Gas Mining and construction companies KEY REQUIREMENTS: Excellent command of English and French . Excellent presentation verbal and written communication skills Demonstrable track record of multi-country exposure Excellent client relationship management skills Ability to inspire motivate manage and lead remote and diverse teams Excellent communication influencing and facilitation skills Strong cognitive skills (problem solving) Holder of a degree in Hospitality or Management from a reputable University. Excellent negotiation skills and strong market analysis skills Strong networking abilities and relationship building skills Demonstrated skills in managing a remotely based sales team Demonstrated skills in winning profitable business beyond target expectations Experience in writing up technical bids Experience and exposure in building costing models At least 5 years of work experience out of which 3 years in Operations management and 2 years in Sales & Marketing in similar environment.
