CAD Technician Gain exposure to leading retail brands in this role at a well-known retail design company in Paarden Eiland. The Design Company is a retail design specialist company that combines creative and technical talents to conceptualize design and create more lucrative retail solutions for a wide array of market leading clients. Our spirited design teams are committed to transforming retail environments which both engage the senses of consumers and empower the retailers through commercially successful projects. With an acute attention to detail and timelines coupled with your analytical dexterity you will collect all necessary information in order to produce accurately drawn and fully comprehensive packs for costing construction and council submissions. More specifically you will take responsibility for accurate data collection client and supplier liaison assisting with projects and procurement conveying site deviations determined at survey to projects and procurement and ensuring that deviations are noted and communicated. In order to be considered for this role you will either require a B Tech in Architecture or Interior Design at a reputable teaching institution. A minimum of 5 years experience in a related field is essential along with proficiency in Autocad 2D MS Word and Excel. Experience in Revitt and Sketch Up will be advantageous. You re a team player with excellent interpersonal skills yet you also have the ability to work independently.
