Reporting To: Manager Remuneration Position Accountabilities: Tasks: To analyse and interpret data from various sources. Monthly management & Head office reporting. Attendance register management. Obtain and process remuneration related documentation and information. Process and reconcile all payroll and benefit payment changes. Review variance reports. Variance reconciliation between pay run on pay date and month end. Print and distribute payslips. ESS changes. Handle HR related queries. HR administration practices and records. Verify all payroll input. Ensure that proper processes are in place to ensure that all bank payments are done correctly. Ensure that all payroll input are documented and filed. Labour broker cost and management Requirements: Knowledge and experience of VIP Payroll a definite requirement. Above average Microsoft Excel skills is a definite requiremen t Knowledge and understanding of human resource related laws principles and practices will be an advantage. Extensive knowledge in statistical reporting. Skill of establishing follow-up and control methods. Accounting skills and experience (integration of payroll and accounting system) will be an advantage Minimum of a matric or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 5 years experience carrying out the above responsibilities. Ability to listen to and accurately interpret information. Problem-solving ability. Ability to plan organise and put into action. Ability to see tasks through to achievement of the desired result. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in team environment. Self-organisation coordination prioritisation and follow up skills. To be successful in the above role the incumbent should possess/ display the following key skills/ attributes: Ownership and accountability Performance driven Sense of urgency/Ability to prioritise Systematic and attention to detail (accuracy).
