Job description Take ownership of a software product. Find out what our clients really need. Add remove or change features. Closely interact with your development team to get the job done. Ship it. Take your product to the next level by coming up with amazing new functionality integrating with other successful products getting into an untapped market using social media or whatever else your imagination comes up with. You will: Determine product strategy Talk to clients Specify features Prioritize work Work closely with developers Experiment Brainstorm Use your imagination Your team: Developers UX Designers Testers if you re lucky Skills and Requirements You must be able to manage everything from demanding clients to introvert developers. Previous experience in product management or related area is essential. Excellent communication skills Drive to get things done Thick skin Bachelor s degree with above average marks Bonus Skills Experience in agile development processes business analysis Financial Services marketing use of social media.
