As Graphic Designer you ll take the lead on some key client work driving sterling layouts and typography daily. You ll have an eye for contemporary business imagery and will be able to effortlessly integrate into concepts and brand guidelines. The Sales Manager will play a key role in managing account retention and increasing revenues for our clients Asset Management Group within the selected client portfolio in Sub-Saharan Africa territory. This is a quota-carrying position offering base salary and competitive commission levels. The Sales Manager is expected to unearth new prospects in addition to developing new and existing relationships and add-on business within the existing accounts. The Sales Manager will have a reporting line to the Managing Director Africa and to EMEA VP of Sales. Responsibilities Effectively manage assigned accounts across the region developing appropriate sales strategies to generate licence and service sales Identify and undertake specific initiatives to win new business with existing accounts Work with sales management to develop and execute account plans for target market sectors Identify contact and qualify new prospects within the territory: cold calling and market lead follow up Along with the sales team develop and execute responses to queries from prospects and clients which may take the form of informal requests or more formal RFI/RFP documents Start and manage the whole sales cycle and be the focal point in all relations with a perspective client (information flow and coordination commitments etc.). Make contacts with potential clients and introduce proposals for a demonstration and discovery sessions of the client s products Negotiate terms and conditions of all sales and service agreements both with new and existing clients. Provide market intelligence and input.
