Key Responsibility Areas Implement measure monitor and improve the Competence management strategy framework and standards to ensure alignment to company strategic objective and capability maturity model index. Ensures that measurements are made and used to determine the status and performance of Competency Development activities within each unit and across the organization. Develops maintains and revise competency assessment and analysis policies systems and procedures to ensure alignment to the departments strategy and company s objectives. Manage and monitor competency assessment to ensure the quality and consistency of assessment outcomes and competency for development as well as capability leverage. Provide technical advice on competency assessment solutions and services within company. Provide inputs to the budgeting process and planning and monitor/control the budget so that the expenditure is within the approved Budget. Qualifications and Experience Minimum: An honours Degree in Industrial Psychology or Psychology. Registered with HPCSA as a Psychometrist Recommendation: Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
