Provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager. Duties include general clerical receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction and provide high quality customer service. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying scanning mailing and filing Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system Create modify and compile documents such as invoices reports memos letters and financial statements using word processing spreadsheets databases and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office or other programs. Sign for check and distribute delivered packages Research price and purchase office furniture and supplies Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space phones parking company credit cards and office keys. Setup and coordinate meetings conferences and company travel Minute Taking Provide administrative support for staff with assigned project based work Assist as required with checking and filing contracts received from the stores Daily data filtering to produce prescribed information pertaining to day end reports Distribution of office supplies and equipment Performing errands as requested including but not limited to banking; postal services; company fleet co-ordination Storeroom maintenance Other duties as assigned This position is based at our Head Office in Montague Gardens
