Inbound Reservations Consultant x 2

We are currently looking for 2 intermediate inbound consultants - one who has previously dealt with large groups and one with individuals (1-10 people). Key requirements: Previous experience in an INBOUND reservations role Knowledge of Southern African as a travel destination Initiative Duties: Manage profit margins as set out by the Reservations Manager use preferred suppliers and best available deals and rates. Negotiate to increase margin where appropriate Resolve account queries within the period set out by the Accounts department Achieve and maintain excellent relationships with clients identify specifically per customer their requirements and expectation. Grow new business from existing business by providing top quality service. Resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally. Conduct courtesy calls to the guests on the ground and feedback to the clients the progress of their passengers Ensure fast turnaround on quotes and customer communications Take ownership of files and problems and bring solutions to problems. or to apply for this vacancy.
