Act as a brand ambassador. Retain and increase existing business to achieve financial and yield objectives. Identify objectives and strategies to assist in maintaining and moving the business relationship forward. Set goals and produce creative workable plans to achieve objectives. Understand client s vision culture and financial conditions relationships and growth expectations. Understand and analyse client s needs to formulate medium and long term strategies to continuously grow the business highlighting documenting and demonstrating the value and benefit of a continual relationship with the Company. Contract and fee management. Understanding the terms of the contract to ensure that the contractual commitments are met and the SLA implemented. Monitoring client s agreements to ensure maximum return for all parties. Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews with client. Manage cash flow ensuring that payments terms are met. Develop multi layered relationships with the client across different portfolios. Responsible for all client communications. Understand client s travel patterns and set up and advice on reporting structure requirements interrogating the data identifying trends and exceptions and impact on client s business plan. Preferred supplier negotiations and management. Benchmarking and monitoring of clients travel activities and recommending cost efficiencies. Introduction to technology solutions. Organize prepare and participate in client events training seminars and educationals. Client report management. Establish and develop strong relationships with internal personnel associated with the portfolio of accounts. Communication of operational requirements to all the relevant internal divisions. Be aware of industry changes and analyse their effect on the customer. Analyse and obtain competitor information and business activities. Matric and Tertiary qualification Ability to build as well as maintain relationships with clients. Excellent communication skills both verbal as well as written. At least 5 years experience in a Key Accounts position within the travel industry. Good organizational skills negotiation skills management skills and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure as well as ability to relate to staff at all levels. Good at multi task time management team player lead by example pay attention to detail and excellent computer skills.
