FemMinIT Consulting Finance Manager (Manufacturing) Multinational Manufacturing Company seeks the skills of an experienced Finance Manager. Applicant must have the ability to deal with full Financial Management Function. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS B.Comm Finance / Commercial or related degree Articles - would be advantageous 5 years proven experience as Financial manager 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment Sound knowledge of IFRS Costing and applicable tax laws Experience in integrated ERP systems - ACCPAC will be advantageous Effective management motivation and communication skills Incumbent must be ambitious and a self starter MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB The applicant must have the ability to deal with the full financial management function by managing running structuring and operating the company s financial requirements. Financial control of manufacturing / kitting operations Responsible for the management of the Finance department staff:external and internal reportinggeneral ledger queriespayment of trade creditorsinvoicing and collections from trade debtorsnon-creditor paymentscash position Compile financial reports Finalise profit for reporting purposes Reconciliation of various general ledgers Responsible for ensuring that all internal control procedures are followed Prepare company taxation 5 month forecast - interest taxation and balance sheet Oversee logistics department and HR functions If you meet the above requirements kindly forward a detailed word version of your CV to Shivani.
