Purpose of the Position: Selling of Short Term products. (Personal Lines) Achievement of Set Targets Managing effective sales and administrative processes. Customer Service Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum academic qualification Grade 12 (Std 10) Insurance knowledge and experience (Short Term Personal Lines) FAIS compliant Ability to achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets Excellent communication skills Highly motivated Excellent time management skills Excellent team player Ability to multi-task Ability to work under pressure Computer literate. Duties and Responsibilities: Contacting of various bond channel customers. Positioning short term personal lines product offerings. Complete the customer voice recording/application. Drawing the sales to a close: Explain all necessary conditions of the sale agreement and make all disclosures. Attaining the call centre strike rates. Maintaining minimum stated daily weekly and monthly targets. Ensure that records are accurately captured and updated. Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the Company s policies procedures and systems. Maintain ooba s image of professionalism and integrity at all times when assisting both internal and external clients. Ensure that clients are assisted and supplied with all the relevant information. The above position includes but is not limited to the above.
