Proven skills must include: Monitoring stock movements in and out of warehouses Daily review and monitoring of dispatch transfers and receipt of stock Recording and reconciliation of stock movements via Great Plains Take necessary action with regards to stock differences Ensure all systems are accurate and managed to ensure all stock movements are recorded Cyclical counts of all stock in warehouses Develop and maintain audit program of cyclical counting Identify and report trends weaknesses risks of warehouse stock control Implement and monitor recording system with regards to warehouse job sheets - Monthly summary completed tasks signoff control Seasonal EVA and Slipper program Audit trail testing on all stated warehouse systems and control sheets pre numbered controls stock adjustments transfers invoicing GRV;s All transactions and movements to be reconciled to system and system to control Month end batch posting cut off and open batches control or to apply for this vacancy.
