Managing Director - Distribution Channel Reports to Chairman and Board of Directors Qualification: Tertiary marketing or business qualification with appropriate business skills at executive level Experience: Business experience in the financial services and/or healthcare sector providing the basis for both strategic and tactical decision making A minimum of 5 years marketing experience at a senior management level. Strategic marketing experience at an executive and senior management level Experience in the establishing and execution of distribution strategies in the financial services sector Client relations skills Oversee the distribution strategies of the group and manage the distribution philosophy Ensure effective corporate communication with brokers and other stake holders Ensure that the Company effectively differentiates itself from its competitors by capitalising on its strengths (both current and potential) to provide consistently better value to customers than its competitors.
